Let’s talk body confidence today. This may be a sensitive subject for most. I have struggled with this, as I’m sure we all do. A few things that have helped me become more confident daily:

Affirmations. Repeat self love affirmations to yourself everyday.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stop looking at your body in the mirror. You don’t need to sit there and criticize every part of yourself.

Stop weighing yourself everyday. Switch to once a week at most.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you have a negative thought, automatically say 3 positive thoughts out loud to yourself.

Tell loved ones your struggles and your thoughts. They can always uplift you and help you feel confident.

You are beautiful, STRONG, and healthy. Just keep getting better and better everyday. 💪🏽😚
