Therapy isn’t just digging up the past! 🧠💭 EMDR helps you heal without reliving all those details. Let’s break the myths! 🙌✨

03/19/2026

After a two-hour EMDR session, I’m reminded of the deep well of healing that resides within. It’s about allowing our inner wisdom to surface, guiding us to insights we didn’t know we had. 🌱✨

03/17/2026

Some of us were taught that distance, shame, or rejection would make people change.
But that was never our way.
In Indigenous cultures, people who were struggling were often brought closer, held with more care, and loved through hard seasons.
This one hits deep. 🤍

A small glimpse of what happens between sessions.

Holding space for others takes presence. In between sessions our *therapists take a few moments* to move, breathe, reset, or reconnect with intention.

Taking care of ourselves helps us show up fully for the people we serve.

Brandi was invited by one of our relatives to speak at the Native American and Indigenous Health Symposium at HIMSS26, where she shared about behavioral health, Indigenous healing, and the importance of making space for our ways of knowing in healthcare.

Afterward, she had a really special moment with an elder who admired the beaded medallion she was wearing. Brandi gifted him her NATIVation medallion.

Later, we received this message:

“He wanted me to tell you thank you again … and keep doing the amazing work that’s so needed for our people” ❤️🌿🪶

That meant a lot to all of us.

There are moments that remind us why this work matters so much. This was one of them.

We are deeply grateful for the relatives, elders, and community who continue to guide, encourage, and support this path. 🤍

Yesterday at HIMSS in Las Vegas, Brandi Sweet discussed Indigenous healing and the importance of traditional knowledge in healthcare! 🌿
