2016 challenged me in ways I didn’t understand at the time.
Looking back at these photos, I see a woman being reshaped by life.

That year held so much 🥹being a mother to two, losing my dad, career shifts, traveling the world, relationships changing, turning 30, and trying to find myself in a world that felt like it was moving faster than I could keep up.

I was growing, healing, grieving, and becoming all at once.
It wasn’t easy, but it was transformative.

Some years don’t just pass… they build you. This was one of those years… 🤍

What if 2026 wasn’t about doing more… but feeling safer in your body? 🤍

For me, 2026 is a nervous system reset.

It looks like letting go of what no longer serves me.
Choosing vulnerability as strength, lowering the armor and letting it be safe to be seen.
Eating intentionally. Slowing down enough to notice the beauty in simple moments.
Studying, meditating, and creating space for stillness.
Having deep gratitude for my strong, beautiful body.

It means unapologetically getting ready just for me and taking myself on a date at least once a month.
Following what feels expansive because joy is the compass.
Making room for adventure, play, and spontaneity.

And my skincare ritual? A non-negotiable.
One of my favorite regulation rituals right now is lymphatic drainage for the face using a hot + cold tool I found on Amazon, paired with my Naked Pineapple Tropical Repair Oil ✨
It’s calming, grounding, and gives my skin the glow it deserves.

What do you get when you mix mother, daughter, bowling and poker? ♥️ US

I have had this amazing group of women in my life for the last 20 years and they have inspired me and been there for me. They are my clients and my dear friends and they have had a bowling league for 40 years now and my mom recently joined and so did I cheers to making memories. 🥰🎳🙌

Our ❤️❤️❤️hearts are full. Watching our family grow, evolve, and thrive has been one of life’s greatest gifts. Each of our kids is out there conquering life in their own way showing strength, kindness, grit, and heart and we truly couldn’t be more proud of who they are becoming.

They are the best kids, and we don’t say that lightly. They challenge us, inspire us, make us laugh, and remind us daily what really matters.

And of course, Marley and Leo… still the gifts that keep on giving unconditional love, endless joy, and constant reminders to stay present and playful 🐾🤍

Journee just started high school swim ❤️So proud of this rockstar of a human and what an amazing auooort group she has with all her beautiful friends! Life is hard but it’s a whole lot easier with a good friend group. Grateful 😇
