Our dance athlete patients put incredible demands on their bodies! This means recovery matters just as much as performance. In this session, we’re combining soft tissue work with laser therapy to support healing, reduce pain, and keep her doing what she loves.

By targeting tissue restrictions and promoting cellular-level healing, we help create the ideal environment for a strong, confident return to dance.

Meet Tommy 👋

Tommy is 23 and working toward getting into PT school. Originally from Fresno, California, he grew up playing basketball and spent a year competing at Reedley Junior College. After discovering his passion for helping others through movement, his path led him to SLCC and then the University of Utah, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.

Tommy loves staying active, being around sports, and helping people move and feel their best. 🏀💪

She recently graduated with her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and is applying to doctoral programs in physical therapy. She’s passionate about helping people move better and get back to doing what they love.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her mountain biking 🚵‍♀️, mountaineering 🏔, or rock climbing 🧗‍♀️ — bringing that same drive and energy into patient care every day. 💙
