1. Name It Without Shame
Loneliness is a signal, not a shortcoming. The first step is giving yourself permission to feel it.

2. Start With One Connection
Reach out to someone you trust, even just to say, “Hey, I’ve been thinking of you.”

3. Join a Safe Space
Whether it’s a support group, book club, or therapy, shared space can ease the ache of isolation.
