I have done all types of therapy in the last few years, including hypnotherapy, but none of them talked about the core beliefs that are cemented in the depths of my sub consciousness until now. Christina’s method takes you past the emotion, past the experience and down to the message you took away. Which ultimately becomes a core belief whether true or not. And it’s only when you acknowledge those beliefs that your life begins to change. And Christina’s method does this. If only I had found her years ago, I would have saved time and money!

Before doing hypnotherapy with Christina I felt really stuck. I didn't feel much hope or see a way forward through my problems. After our hypnotherapy session I felt like I was on top of the world! It felt so amazing and I found my confidence, hope, and clarity filled all the way up. I was a little apprehensive at first but Christina did an incredible job at making me feel comfortable. The session was very deep and meaningful. I definitelty recommend Christina to anyone who is ready to be done feeling stuck in their problems! -B.K.
