Christina was able to help get me into a deep state of calm, relaxed hypnosis. We were able to work through several things during our session. One of the things that is the most amazing to me was that in part of the hypnotherapy, she suggested that my children could be more helpful around the house and naturally they have been more helpful, a lot of times without me even having to ask. I have absolutely loved my kids being more helpful. That has been such a huge reward!
I had wanted more help, but wasn’t sure how to go about implementing it. I’d rather things flow easily rather than feeling like I’m treading upstream. The session just made it flow. It’s been awesome!!! My kids will just volunteer to be more helpful lately. it’s working so I’m thrilled!

Hypnotherapy, helped me feel better by being able to just put it out there and not have to hold onto it anymore felt great. It’s different than traditional therapy because I don’t have to look any one in the eye to tell them what I’ve gone through and the things that weigh on me daily since I was a child. In just the one session I was able to let go of a lot of the hard feelings I was having around my trauma and I have been living with less fear and anxiety.

Another win! A client I have been working with tried EMDR and he likes Hypnotherapy better!! This is not the first time I have heard this...👀

I have done all types of therapy in the last few years, including hypnotherapy, but none of them talked about the core beliefs that are cemented in the depths of my sub consciousness until now. Christina’s method takes you past the emotion, past the experience and down to the message you took away. Which ultimately becomes a core belief whether true or not. And it’s only when you acknowledge those beliefs that your life begins to change. And Christina’s method does this. If only I had found her years ago, I would have saved time and money!
