Frogley Health & Wellness was established in 1998 in South Jordan, UT and the name was changed to Integrated Wellness in 2006. An additional location was then opened in Bountiful, UT at that time. Since 1998, we have advanced our education and variety of providers to be able to offer not only pain relief, but an increased quality of life through nutrition, weight loss, and advanced physical therapy offering structural correction. We also have added functional medicine, to include IV therapy, bio-identical hormones, stem cell therapy, PRP and other therapies that allow us to treat a variety of conditions and pursue optimal health. Through the years, Integrated Wellness has been known for its positive reputation throughout the community. We have a medical director, a nurse practitioner, 4 chiropractors, rehab therapists, & weight loss coach. We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our judgment and years of experience.
