The theme of leadership has been coming up for me lately.
I have my North Node in Aries. Your North Node being the direction your soul wishes to journey into in this lifetime, and Aries being leadership and independence, and finding the balance in between.
I've never been comfortable being the leader, but thinking back on the years, I've lead a lot. Women's Circles. Workshops. Dinner parties. Holidays. Birthdays. Classes. Families. Healing Shares. Friends. Mothers. Children. Lovers.
Lately the idea of leadership is both intimidating and intriguing. I want to make an imprint here on this planet. I want to leave this realm with an impactful legacy! I want to create change and ripples. I want my children, and their children, and their children's children to live in a more regenerative way, more sustainably, more in tune with themselves and their fellow humans and nature. I want to help in trying to heal our species and our earthship.
The conclusion I've come to is: I'm ok with being a leader. I'm ok with having no idea what I'm doing while leading. I'm ok with being the one who speaks up, who speaks out, who says no, who says yes, who gathers the tribe, houses the community, creates the work, inspires others. I'm ok with these things because I know that in living in that highest truth, people will see reflections of themselves in me. They will see we are all leaders. We all have a legacy. We all have a purpose and a mission and work to do here. We all need love and healing and sweetness.
What have you been wanting to lead, to create, to birth? And what is holding you back?
For me, it's been an intentional living environment, a safe haven for birthing Mothers, a community garden for whole organic food source, and a space for ceremony and healing.
