Your Muladhara(root chakara) serves as your foundation and “root” to the Earth and its energy flows.

⚖️A balanced root chakara creates physical and emotional stability sensations and energy.

To help balance this chakara:

🏔️Embrace being barefoot! Being barefoot has so many positive effects featured in the second photo!

🍓Incorporating red foods!

🧘‍♀️Meditation, specifically, with heart over hips posture. Stretching taller and stronger with each breathe.

When strengthening and/or rebuilding your root chakara,
•focus on trusting your inner peace,
•being open to new ideas,
•finding your safe place physically and emotionally
•and last but not least… connecting and showing your gratitude for beautiful mother Earth🌎

Before we get into each individual Chakara, we wanted to provide some background information 🌸

The seven Chakaras of the body are your main every centers of the body. You are able to connect with any outside energy from your neighbors, the Earth, the universe and so on〰️

The word Chakara is defined as a “wheel” in Sanskrit. Meaning, the Chakaras are constantly moving energy throughout these seven points☸️

Starting from the base of the spine and ending at the tip top of the head. We have:

🍓 Root Chakra (Muladhara)

🍊 Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana)

🌝 Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

☘️ Heart Chakra (Anahata)

🦋Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
