With Heavy Hearts, we said goodbye to a beautiful soul.

Small, spicy and so full of love. If you got the opportunity to meet her or honored enough to know her, you would know what a spirit she was.
11/17/2025 With family by her side, this beautiful soul left our world.
If strength of a woman was a person, it would be her.
She had many joys in life, but most recently were taking her two fur babies Mona and Johnny for daily walks through the meadow by her home. She loved family time and working here at Lake Tahoe acupuncture and Wellness. She enjoyed seeing the patients and especially the many she befriended. But most of all she loved working with our loving Gina.
If you wanted to donate in her honor she would have wanted donations to the Humane Society of Truckee- Tahoe or to the Camp Sunrise through the Barton Health Foundation for children 7-14 grieving a loss of a loved one.
A celebration of life will happen in Spring/Summer of 2026 and all who knew her and/or loved her are welcomed. That date will be announced at a later time.
To be remembered in life, show love. And boy did she show love.
Life is short, hold the hug a little longer, say I love you as many times as you can and be present in every moment.
We love you so much Leticia (Lety, Tia, Hani, Honey, Brat)

For the month of February Cassie will be offering 15% off massages!
Cassie Miller is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Myofascial Release (MFR) and cupping therapy. Cassie has helped clients from all walks of life, and she is passionate in her mission to help her clients decrease chronic and acute pain and improve their overall health and wellbeing. MFR is a treatment that addresses restrictions and imbalances of the connective tissue.
MFR is a full body holistic approach that includes stretching and structural releases to promote correct structural support and natural alignment. MLD is a light and gentle treatment that encourages lymph flow and aids in the drainage of fluid throughout the body. MLD has many health benefits from increasing energy, improving circulation, decreasing stress and fatigue, promote and increase healing (before and after surgery), decreases anxiety, and improves sleep.
Cupping Therapy is an alternative therapy that uses suction cups to help treat disharmonies in the body caused by stress, injury, or trauma. Cupping can assist with scar tissue breakdown, looses tight connective tissue, and increase blood flow to promote healing and decrease pain.

Happy Friday☀️
It's a beginning of a new month! We hope everyone has been able to enjoy the warm weather and clear blue skies this summer, how lucky are we to live in such a beautiful place❣️with the seasons beginning to transition we like to take the time to make sure we remember to be present in the moment, remember that we have all we need to achieve anything we set our minds to. If we have the drive, the discipline and most importantly the belief in ourselves, the sky is the limit. Sometimes, not taking the risk is a risk. Never hurts to try🤍

Are you feeling those chilly mornings now? At least our days are still warm😊 something to keep in stock for the colder days to come, are these Ban Lan Gen tea packets. Not only are they a nice warm treat during cold days but they are traditional Chinese herbal medicine that helps prevent and treat virus-related respitory diseases such as the flu. Life is all about perspective. What angle you are looking at it and how you're preceiving it. The important part is staying true to who you are and actually knowing who that is. No one is better than the other, there are just different perspectives. We all want the same things though, true happiness and understanding. This week's highlighted product is Yu-Be moisturizing Skin Cream! aand it's friendly sibling Advance formula with chamomile extract, that is fragrance free and made without parabens. Definitely one of our favorite products that we make sure to keep in stocks year round. We have seen it help rashes, eczema and REALLY dry skin. This week's highlighted product is Terraflora. Shelf-stable, multi-strain, spore-based synbiotic. What does all that mean you ask? Great question. First, shelf-stable means this product does not need to be refrigerated, due to the inherited resilience of the bacteria in this product. Making its shelf life longer and more sustainable than traditional refrigerated probiotics.
