We all have a journey, seemingly away from our true home and nature as pure love and light. This journey, although it seems at times meaningless and painful, is quite valuable in the bigger context of things. It brings us to greater maturity, strength, clarity, depth, wisdom and love, than if we had never left home.

A desire for meaning.
People may feel a need for more purpose and meaning in their lives, which can lead to feelings of frustration, discontent, or apathy.

Emotional ups and downs.
People may experience changes in their emotions, including heightened sensitivity to their surroundings.

Physical symptoms.
People may experience physical symptoms like headaches and fatigue.

Acknowledging pain.
People may need to acknowledge and allow the pain of loss in order to diminish the suffering it causes.

Practicing gratitude.
People may practice gratitude by feeling and expressing appreciation for what they have.

Practicing humility.
People may practice humility, which is a central aspect of many spiritual traditions.
