Monday morning after Friday accident. Swelling feeling deep in the middle of the knee 50% gone. I can rotate knee without feeling the Swelling feeling in the middle of the knee. That probably what takes the most time to heal. I thought Friday may have ended my year for skiing /snow boarding. Feeling really good today. I can't believe Saturday was such a bad day. Sunday felt better today feel maybe 50%. Can't believe it. Most would still be feeling the pain for over a week to two.

Saturday not good. A really bad day. Made bad decision. Came home Friday injured jumped on machine first 2 hours went to restaurant closing for a few hours Friday night. Should have spent time on machine. Could barely walk Saturday.
