Meet Leah ✨ Leah is a 600 hour comprehensively certified classical Pilates instructor and a dancer of 20 years turned dance teacher. She found Pilates in 2023 and with consistent practice she was able to translate her newfound body awareness and control to her dancing, moving in ways that seemed impossible before! She aspires to share the magic that is Classical Pilates with EVERY body. Since getting her initial certification she has expanded her expertise mentoring with 3rd generation instructor Victoria Cuomo. Additionally learning how to best teach men & athletes with Nicky Lal, in hopes to help athletes become better at their sport.

Leah will be teaching Classical Pilates on Tuesdays at 9 am. We are so excited to welcome to her the Praise Wellness Tribe! 💜🩵
