Join us for a fun and energizing style of partner dance! Swing Dancing is all about momentum, and there are many styles to learn from modern swing is our main focus. Each lesson begins with the basic step and a few moves to get you started. If you show up consistently, Sydney will work with you to advance your skills, all you need to do is ask. This is typically a popular dance style among middle schoolers, high schoolers, and college students, and is a great way to make friends and build community. 1st class kicks off March 14th 3pm!

Line Dancing is a great way to learn a variety of popular line dances, have fun exercising, and jam out to some music! Each session, we'll begin with a few well-known line dances (or dances learned in sessions prior), then learn 1-2 new dances. This is also a great way to get kids, age 10+ involved in fitness and get their energy out! First Class is Saturday at 3pm!
