Tight hips aren’t the whole story… weak hip flexors are just as common

The Thomas stretch is a quick way to check if your hip flexors are tight or restricted. But here’s what most people miss. Even if you’re tight, you’re often also weak.

Hip flexors play a huge role in:
• Sprinting speed & explosiveness
• Knee drive & athletic performance
• Pelvic control & lower back health

If they’re weak, your body compensates, leading to inefficiency, tightness, or even pain. Here are a series of exercises you can use to strengthen your hip flexors.
