After receiving her updated X-rays, Mrs. Ramos was excited to see clear improvements in her spinal alignment. Even more importantly, she is feeling significantly better overall, with noticeable improvements in her health and well-being. She has been very consistent with her chiropractic care, and the results reflect that commitment. Through precise atlas adjustments, her spinal alignment continues to improve. Ms. Vanessa was referred to Dr. Davis by a former patient shortly after having her baby. At the time, she was experiencing significant pressure in her head, frequent migraines, neck pain, and numbness and tingling in her face. Vanessa had already seen her primary care physician, where she was diagnosed with high blood pressure and prescribed medication. After several medication changes and even undergoing an MRI, she still was not finding the relief she needed.

Vanessa discussed all of her concerns with Dr. Davis and committed to her recommended care plan. While her case required time and consistency, after about two months of care she began noticing major improvements. With regular adjustments, Vanessa says she finally feels capable of being the mom she wants to be—able to do more for her family without pain.

Now, with a 5-month-old baby and a 10-year-old at home, Vanessa has returned to enjoying her role as both a mom and a wife. She shares that she felt like she was “falling apart,” but credits Dr. Davis and the staff for keeping her together, encouraging her, and making sure she stayed consistent with her visits.

Mr. Jaime was referred to our office by a coworker and running partner after suffering from severe low back pain, even following major surgery. Within just two weeks of care, Jaime began noticing significant improvement. After six months of consistent chiropractic treatment, he is now able to run again—something he never thought would be possible due to the constant pain he had been living with.

SCIATICA IMPROVED!
Mr. Garino had his first updated X-rays since beginning chiropractic care at our office and reports noticeable improvement in his sciatica symptoms. With reduced sciatic discomfort, he is now able to walk daily and lift weights more comfortably, which has positively supported his overall activity level and quality of life. He notes that the decrease in sciatica has made daily tasks easier and more manageable. Due to his continued progress, his care plan has been reduced from three visits per week to two visits per week.

The atlas (C1 vertebra) plays a key role in supporting the head and protecting the brainstem, which influences posture, muscle balance, and nerve communication throughout the body. When the atlas is misaligned, it can contribute to compensatory misalignments lower in the spine, including the pelvis and lumbar region where the sciatic nerve originates. A precise atlas adjustment helps restore proper alignment, reduce abnormal tension on the spine and muscles, and improve nerve signaling. This can decrease irritation and inflammation affecting the sciatic nerve, leading to reduced pain, improved mobility, and better function in daily activities.

NECK AND SHOULDER PAIN IMPROVED!
Mr. Martinez has experienced amazing improvement since beginning chiropractic care, with his neck and shoulder pain significantly reduced through precise atlas adjustments. His progress has been so consistent that he has transitioned into a maintenance phase of care and now visits the office once per month to support long-term spinal health and wellness. He is extremely pleased with his results and confidence in care, even referring his wife, who is now also receiving chiropractic treatment in our office. 🥰

LOW BACK AND FOOT PAIN IMPROVED!
Mr. Nicastro received updated X-rays and reports significant overall improvement in his condition. He states that his low back pain and foot pain have both improved considerably, and he is currently taking no pain medication. He remains very active, consistently performing his exercises, including weight training and regular Peloton workouts. The patient has been highly consistent with his chiropractic care and demonstrates strong compliance with recommended lifestyle activities, which is contributing positively to his progress.
