Herring Massage I am a massage therapist, an athlete and sports minded person that understands your needs and the impact your chosen sport has on your body.

Joe Herring, B.S., L.M.T. Joe Herring has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 1993. He specializes in sports, relaxation, prevention and rehabilitation massage therapy. The massage techniques Joe uses include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release and neuromuscular. In addition, Joe
incorporates and teaches his clients Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) which allows his clients to continue preventative techniques into their lifestyle. Joe's athletic background enables him to understand the issues surrounding athlete injuries and preventative techniques. Joe played football and is an avid triathlete having completed over 100 triathlons to include the inaugural Ironman China. Joe is a Florida native and is married with two boys, Josh and Justin.
