I’ve been practicing as a behavior change coach for three years. My approach begins with a one-time Emotional Intelligence assessment you can take at home in about 15–20 minutes. We’ll meet to review your results, and from there you can choose your own path—integrate insights on your own or work together for 3–4 focused sessions.

My clients “graduate” with clarity and momentum—some have launched businesses, others returned to school, many simply feel more aligned and confident in their next steps. My aim is simple: empower you to set goals that align with your purpose so you can thrive.

After many months of unexpected delays, the walls of Beyond Yoga have finally been closed in with drywall. Just to the left of the entryway, sealed quietly behind the wall, is a note—dedicated to this space and to all who will one day walk through these doors.

This chimney has been an unexpected surprise since demo back in May. When we opened up the walls, we discovered that most of the electrical and all of the plumbing had been running right along it. Everything has since been rerouted, and the back side of the chimney even got a little upgrade.

Over time, this feature has really grown on me — I’m so glad we decided to keep the brick exposed. It adds such warmth and character to the space. Slowly embracing every unique detail that’s shaping this studio into something special. 🧱✨

Veterans Day Reflection 🇺🇸

Since 1997, I’ve had the honor of wearing our nation’s uniform — and I’m proud to still wear it today. Each year, Veterans Day invites reflection on what it truly means to serve: the people beside you, the values that shape you, and the responsibility to keep showing up with courage and heart.

To my fellow veterans — thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your continued impact in the communities you call home.
