I've been doing massage for 16 years now. I started my own business right out of massage school in 2010.

My office is located in South Ogden. My specialty is effective, thorough and detailed body work at affordable rates.

Firm to deep work with a relaxing rythmic flow and Thai Yoga Massage are my favorite kind of work to do.

I provide longer sessions than most massage therapists, because of my thorough attention to detail and need to get you all fixed up while you're in my care. Finding all the tension filled muscles and tissues and making them soft like butter is one of my favorite things to do.

I've experienced those massages where you can tell the Therapist is thinking about their to do list or just watching the clock and waiting for it to be over. Their heart and mind seem far away.

I've also experienced those massages where you can feel that the Therapist is truly doing everything they can to help you feel better and address the concerns you came in with. There is purpose and great care taken with every technique. You can feel that this is sacred somehow.

There's a big difference and it is palpable.
