In 2019, the American Academy of Pediatrics issued a report noting that “mental health disorders have surpassed physical conditions” as the most common issues causing “impairment and limitation” among adolescents. In December, the U.S. Surgeon General, in a rare public advisory, warned of a “devastating” mental health crisis among American teens.

Wondering what virtual yoga camp will be like? Hop online and try it out for FREE next week! In this demo, your camper will get a sense of how much fun virtual camp can be with camp songs, a yoga class, games and mindfulness exercises. Campers ages 6-14 will meet on Wednesday 7/8 from 2-3pm. Garden Oms. This picture, cleverly titled by its photographer, marks the first time I taught a live class since March! It was beyond wonderful to see these faces and hear how each one of them has experienced quarantine -- and to share a mindfulness and a yoga practice with them.
