We’re also incredibly grateful to everyone who decorated a trunk, handed out treats, dressed up, volunteered, and helped make this event so much fun for our residents and families.

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to Ethan McAllister and his Boy Scout troop for their incredible work refurbishing our gazebo and building several new birdhouses! 🐦

Ethan completed this project as part of his Eagle Scout requirements, giving our outdoor space some much-needed TLC. We had the pleasure of meeting with Ethan and his parents, Kevin and Sarah, to thank them in person and capture a few photos of their great work.

This project holds special meaning for their family — Ethan’s grandmother recently stayed with us for skilled care and was part of our 30th Anniversary Celebration, and his maternal grandparents were residents here in years past. The McAllister family has a long and caring connection with our South Paris Home, and we’re deeply grateful for their continued kindness and support.

🎃👻 Help us get ready for our annual Trunk or Treat! Our friendly Candy Monster is out and ready to be fed — and he’s got quite an appetite! 🧟‍♂️🍭

We’re collecting candy donations now through October 30 to make sure our residents, staff, and community guests have plenty of treats for the big event.

We were proud to sponsor and participate in this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Lewiston on October 4, joining hundreds of others in the fight to end Alzheimer’s and all other forms of dementia.

Our team walked to honor residents, families, and caregivers whose lives are touched by memory loss each day — and to show our ongoing commitment to compassionate care and community support.

Thank you to the Alzheimer's Association, Maine Chapter for organizing such an inspiring event, and to everyone who came out to walk, volunteer, and make a difference! 💪💜

❤️🚴‍♂️ These residents — who also happen to be newlyweds 💍 — were the first to take our new tandem bikes out for a spin!

Adaptive bikes are such a wonderful way to enjoy the outdoors and get some fresh air. We’re looking forward to enjoying many more rides before the cold weather sets in. 🍂☀️

This Thursday, we’re throwing it back to July when Fallen Saints MC Maine joined us for a bike rally! 🙌 This is an annual tradition that never disappoints!

The sound of the bikes, the camaraderie, and the chance to connect with these amazing riders brings so much joy. Thank you to The Fallen Saints for keeping this tradition alive year after year! 💙
