My hands were made for healing! I was given a gift that I’ve had my entire life. Whether it was goalkeeping, drawing, fighting or healing, my hands have always been my power 🔋🙌

I’m amazed sometimes of the powerful affect manual therapy has on injury, stress and the mind body connection. Pain medication although at times necessary, is over rated and you should be aware not to mask pain but to manage it.

Train Hard, Recover Smarter! After a hard strength & conditioning session with & we followed up with some bodywork maintenance to calm the nervous system and release any restrictions so they can maintain proper mechanics and mobility throughout training camp.

Massage therapy post training has proven to decrease inflammation, increase muscle recovery as well as reduce the affect of soreness.

BUDDY!!! Sweahhh, I’m from Long Island, NY and I workout shirtless with my gold chain on... so.... what’s my point? It doesn’t matter what you look like, what anyone else is doing or how fast the results are indicating, JUST BE YOU and get it done!! (With good form of course)

It doesn’t always have to be a grueling workout. Spend some time on correcting imbalances, form, lighter weight, movement patterns etc.

If you love the barbell like I do, check out this quick full body routine. I’m using 95lbs as to keep the movements smooth and controlled.

Standing barbell press - 12 Reps
Barbell front squats - 20 Reps
Bent over barbell rows - 20 Reps
Standing clean to press - 12 Reps

Complete 3-5 rounds with minimal rest between sets and 2 minutes rest between rounds.

Focus on form and moving smoothly through the movement. If you need to decrease the rep count, lighten the load.

You CAN do this!

Also, remember to fuel your body ore and post workout. Eat healthy, nutritious whole foods. Processed = NO

Today’s S & C training had coach putting pro fighters & through a 30 minute strength endurance circuit. Not only is it physically challenging, it also creates mental fatigue which helps a fighter develop the brain power to overcome the toughest of obstacles and GRIND!!
