Jeanie said she grew up in Texas, so she’s seen snow before but never actually played in it — she’d never even held a snowball. When staff members Kay and Cat heard this, they went outside, grabbed some snow, and let Jeanie hold her very first snowball.

She stuck her tongue out, and a little snow was flipped onto it with, “Now you’ve even caught a snowflake on your tongue!”

Jeanie cried. 😭
It was the sweetest thing ever. ❤️❄️
