Olivia is an ADHD & Executive Function Coach, a Certified Relationship Coach and holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work. She has supported individuals with ADHD and executive functioning challenges for over 8 years. She is also a person living with ADHD. Her journey to becoming an ADHD specialist started well before her academic and professional training. She believes her personal experience of the benefits and challenges of ADHD helps inform her practice as a coach. Olivia has supported people living with ADHD in community settings, outpatient mental health centers and in private practice as a therapist-and now as a coach! Her passion is in creating resources and educational tools to spread awareness on this brain difference for individuals, families, couples and communities.
