Meet MAS member Kimberly Zurich, ND, LAc, who practices at Infuse Health Clinic in South Portland, Maine!

Dr. Kim brings her training as a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist together to help people who are in pain, both emotionally and physically. She specializes in helping people suffering with mental health, musculoskeletal issues, as well as allergies, migraines, digestion, and more. Dr. Kim is also passionate about Western herbal medicine and combines this with acupuncture for personalized treatment. She also offers acupuncture injection therapy, small injections of low dose medicines to relieve pain and support healing.

Infuse Health Clinic has just celebrated 10 years of providing care to South Portland and the surrounding communities. Congratulations on that milestone and thanks for supporting the acupuncture profession in Maine Dr. Kim!

Happy New Year! As we come out of the holiday haze, many of us may be feeling sluggish and off from all the food and drink and netflix binging. I'm a fan of small, achievable steps. You don't have to make a huge dramatic change all at once. Focus on switching out some of those sweets and processed foods for real foods, like vegetables and fruits. Overwhelmed? Frozen is ok! Plain frozen veggies are pretty cheap. A common go-to in my house is a casserole dish filled with frozen veggies, potatoes, some meat or beans, a little broth, and seasonings of your choice. Put on a lid and pop in the oven and voila! Let's nourish ourselves this year with simple, real food!
