I'm feeling very grateful to be on this mothership w/ The Maine Hatha Yoga squad- offering bodywork and desire to grow. I have recently started my hot yoga practice again as well, and the moment I stepped into that hot room I remembered the "why I do what I do" even deeper than before. This place&people have made deep impacts on mine and other's life- Think global act local embodiment.
I practiced @ their original Portland location and always felt at home because of the community of people who are showing up for their genuine self growth. I am excited to be a part of the grounding transformation that is rightfully happening.
My office is located inside Maine Hatha up the spiral staircase. I'm currently in the process of making it more accessible to book via their website & my website. Thank you for your patience!

"Home Is in the Body"
šš„š§āāļø Studio Shout Out!!!! šš„š§āāļø
I remember my first Bikram class.
I had just gotten out of rehab and couldnāt face the world as it was. I walked into a studio in my hometown of Burlington, VT, not knowing what to expect.
The silence before class. The dialogue. It felt like the teacher was speaking directly to me.
For the first time in 31 years, I dropped into my body.
Not stuck in anxiety, future plans, or past regretsājust here.
Five years later, my practice looks different. I don't go everyday like I use to, but I have the baseline!
Yoga isnāt a quick fix. Itās not a solutionābecause nothing is broken.
What itās given me is perspective. The ability to dipāsometimes swimāin the great stream of life.
Iām deeply grateful for Maine Hatha Yoga and that they continue to teach Bikram. For those of us who need structure, heat, and dialogue to come home to our bodies, this practice can be life-changing.
