The Axis Series continues with Axis II: Sacral Chakra, the second teaching in our 12-part chakra embodiment journey.

This education-forward, fully embodied workshop is co-facilitated by Gabrielle Stone (Zen Witch Wellness, LMT) and Erica Hinman (RN, RMP)—neighbors, collaborators, and the self-named Chapel Street Witches 🖤
Together, we blend clinical knowledge, lived experience, intuition, and ritual.

✨ In this intimate small-group workshop, we’ll explore the sacral chakra through:
• anatomy + physiology
• energy + emotional themes
• crystals + aromatherapy
• gentle movement, sound, and meditation

Each teaching segment is paired with simple practices to help the information integrate into the body—not just the mind.

The sacral chakra governs creativity, pleasure, emotion, and flow. This class is an invitation to soften, sense, and reconnect with your inner waters in a space rooted in curiosity, consent, and accessibility.

The Axis Series Continues!

Dear Ones,

I’m so excited to share the next two offerings in The Axis Series—a 12-part chakra embodiment journey I co-teach with Erica Hinman. These workshops are education-forward, experiential, and deeply grounded in both anatomy and energy, blending science, intuition, and lived experience.

Each workshop is a full-sensory, small-group learning experience, designed to help the information land not just in the mind, but in the body. Every teaching segment is paired with gentle practices so what you learn can be felt, integrated, and carried with you long after the class ends.

✨ Axis II: Sacral Chakra
Tuesday, February 17 | 6–8 PM
The sacral chakra is the center of creativity, pleasure, emotional flow, and connection. In this workshop, we’ll explore how this chakra relates to the hips, pelvis, reproductive organs, and nervous system—and how it influences our ability to feel, express, and receive joy.
We’ll work with:
- Anatomy and energetic foundations of the sacral chakra
- Creativity, passion, boundaries, and emotional flow
- Crystals, aromatherapy, sound, gentle movement, and meditation
- Practical tools to support fluidity and embodied pleasure in daily life

🔥 Axis III: Solar Plexus Chakra
Tuesday, March 17 | 6–8 PM
The solar plexus chakra is the seat of confidence, personal power, digestion, and self-trust. This workshop focuses on how we hold (or give away) our power, how we metabolize experience, and how clarity and confidence live in the body.
We’ll explore:
- The solar plexus through anatomy, energy, and lived experience
- Themes of self-esteem, agency, boundaries, and purpose
- Supportive stones, aromatherapy, sound, breath, and embodied practices
- Tools for strengthening inner authority without force or burnout

Each Axis workshop is designed to stand alone, but together they form a progressive journey through the chakra system—building awareness layer by layer, from the inside out.

Both workshops are held Tuesdays from 6–8 PM and are intentionally kept small to preserve depth, safety, and connection.

✨ Incantation for the Rising Queen ✨

This year,
I grow wings made of fire and intention.
Not borrowed.
Not bottled.
Born from the ram within me—
ancient, relentless, charged with becoming.

I rise,
and the world around me rises too.
Strength gathering.
Edges softening.
Comfort zones dissolving like smoke
as we step forward, hand in hand.

There is no competition
in the Queendom of women who remember their power.
We lift.
We spiral upward.
We transform the air around us.

We are the matriarchy reborn—
a circle of healers, makers, witches, mothers, sisters—
rewriting reality through love, courage,
and the simple, sacred act of choosing ourselves.

And I—
in this holy renovation of my space and spirit—
feel the veil shimmer.
My Zen Witch Wellness awakens,
ethereal and alive,
a temple for rebirth.

May this be my season of rising.
May this be our season of rising.

My creative energy has shifted from the garden and reawakened inside my soon-to-be office space.
After peeling back four layers of wallpaper from these 130+ -year-old walls—repairing plaster, patching ceilings, priming every inch, and filling the cracks between the floorboards—I can feel the history of this room coming alive again.

Next comes sanding the floors, painting the walls, and adding the angel-wing stencil I designed.
It’s becoming the ethereal healing space I’ve been dreaming of.

New elements are joining me here too…
including a very special gong with some seriously strong vibration.

I can’t wait to welcome you into this next evolution of Zen Witch Wellness. ✨
