(Jasoojeong-bang) - one of the most beloved jimjilbang rooms at King Spa Virginia.
In Korean spa culture, specialty healing rooms like this are at the heart of the jimjilbang experience.

For centuries, Koreans have practiced 찜질 (jjimjil) - therapeutic heat bathing using natural elements like jade, clay, salt, and amethyst. Each stone carries different healing properties, and the Amethyst Room is considered one of the most powerful.

This room is lined with real amethyst crystals that emit gentle infrared heat (around 140-150°F). While you relax on the heated floor, the amethyst works its magic.
What makes it special:

The combination of infrared heat and amethyst is known for deep relaxation, improved circulation, and stress relief. The gentle warmth penetrates deeper than regular heat, helping with muscle tension and promoting better sleep.
