Mommy Spa Day Recap 💜✨

Quarterly Mommy Spa Day was exactly what the doctor ordered! We laughed, ate, relaxed, slept unbothered, scrubbed, talked, slept some more… and yes, ate a little more too! 😂🧖🏽‍♀️🍴💤

We sat, soaked in the whirlpool bath, and were unapologetically free for a moment — no schedules, no rushing, just peace, rest, and sisterhood. 🧖🏽‍♀️✨

These days are our reminder that self-care isn’t selfish. It’s necessary. Taking time to pour back into ourselves so we can keep pouring into everyone else. Our cups are officially refilled! 🫶🏽✨
