You are only as strong as your network! HER Network, Her Power, women’s empowerment brunch was everything I expected and MORE✨. Top tier event with TOP TIER WOMEN. It was truly inspiring to be in a room full of Hampton Roads most brilliant and phenomenal women.✨ .jallah shared some practical self-care tips involving self-reflection and recalibration. TAKEAWAYS: Intentional pauses are crucial for preventing burnout. Finding the rhythm between your energy flow (work, pause, release…release, pause, work) is crucial for ongoing longevity and success. It was a pleasure introducing myself and to the bunch. Having received positive feedback was reassuring that we are on the right path 🙌🏾. Offering safe spaces and experiences for women to embrace stillness, rest, and restoration is what I love, so stay tuned for all things wellness and upcoming retreat experiences!

Winter Storm Watches have been issued for much of the area due to increasing confidence in widespread snow, sleet, and freezing rain this weekend. There is a growing potential for significant icing, especially for areas south of I-64 over to the western Tidewater. Now is the time to make preparations!
