I am a Licensed Massage Therapist graduate from the Utah College of Massage Therapy. I continued my education by attending the Master Bodyworker Program at the SLC campus. I am trained in the following modalities: Accupressure, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Hydrotherapy, Russian Massage, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Structural Bodywork, Hot Stone Therapy, Energy Work, and Trigger Point Therapy. I also use essential oils in my practice to help heal the body in the most natural form possible. Massage is truly a wonderful tool for optimizing maximum health and a great opportunity for prevention of many common ailments.
