We offer full personalized strength and fitness training to men and women of all ages and fitness levels. You will work on all aspects of fitness: full-body strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, core and flexibility routines - and basically a full-meal deal! Because with circuit strength training you can burn more calories and enhance all elements of fitness in 30, 45 or50 minutes - full-body strength, cardiovascular fitness, core strength and flexibility. Our clients love us because we offer up to 10 training sessions per day, seven days a week. It's an extremely good value because our clients receive 100% personal training but at a fraction of the price. We have no extra gym membership charges, sign up fees, Just show up at the scheduled traininh session to the training session that best suits your schedule, and you could easily get in the best shape of your life. So proud of Lana she earned her first eagle feather this past weekend performance. Most don't get their first eagle feather to older teens to early adult. She showed she has been putting in the work and other dancer always complement her and enjoys watching her dance.
