PACT Pharma has nominated a few exceptional employees who truly embody PACT’s values and vision to be featured in our Employee Spotlight articles.

This week we asked our Supervisor of Laboratory Operations a little bit about her background and her experience working at PACT Pharma.

"For women aspiring to careers in science, she has this advice. “Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do something,” she said. “If you’re jazzed about computer science or math, don’t let anybody steer you off your path. Don’t give up or settle until you find the right company and the right job — it is out there.”"

PACT Pharma has nominated a few exceptional employees who truly embody PACT’s values and vision to be featured in our Employee Spotlight articles.

This week we asked our Director of Production Engineering a little bit about her background and her experience working at PACT Pharma.

"Asked about the importance of women in science and leadership roles, she noted how women run teams differently compared to men, and there are valuable things to learning from both. “Having women in leadership positions makes a big difference in an organization. I don’t overlook how much people have grown and changed in the workplace over the years, but there are still improvements to be made, we are not done. Leadership is not always a natural fit for scientists in general, but it’s comfortable working in a more even playing field.”
