Caroline Tuipē Washington is the Founder, President, and Executive Director of Decolonise All, where she leads initiatives that center Indigenous knowledge, culture, and identity while connecting youth and communities to STEM, technology, and leadership opportunities.
Previously, Caroline worked in biotech, where she co-led several Inclusion and Employee Resource Groups focused on amplifying underrepresented voices and fostering mentorship and professional development. These experiences continue to inform how she builds sustainable programs and partnerships in the nonprofit space—helping youth and communities carry cultural knowledge confidently into new frontiers.
Caroline thrives at the intersection of culture, education, and community leadership, guiding programs that empower the next generation of leaders to see themselves in science, technology, and beyond.

While February often puts love in a neat little box, J2E recognizes that many of us may carry a lot more than just that.
Come, as we hold space for REAL LOVE—love after loss, love for ourselves, and love when showing up for each other.
Not here to fix or explain, just fellowship in community and share ‘ofas & alofas!

So, join us FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2026, at 6:30 PM PST. for a night of community that will focus on reflection and connection, helping us honor and recognize love in all its forms!
