Your anxiety lives in your shoulders. Watch 👀

Feel that shake? That’s not weakness. That’s stored stress leaving your body. You’ve been carrying tension here for weeks—maybe months.

Every email you didn’t send. Every conversation you avoided. It’s all right here.

Movement forces release. Your mind can’t hold onto what your body is letting go.

Resolutions don’t work, restrictions don’t either…

No cheat days
No cheat meals
No sober January

Instead, I started the year with “whole pizza”… it’s a guilt free way to enjoy the new year 🤪 (also featured “whole margarita”)

And it’s the first pizza I’ve had in over 6-months and it was amazing and delicious. And I’d do it all over again if I could.

Start this year by making choices that are right for you, that are in alignment with your values and move you closer to whatever it is you are optimizing for in 2026.

I work to support my supplement habit 😬

This is probably 10% of the supplements and adaptogens I use daily to Thrive.

Sometimes it feels like too much, sometimes it feels too expensive, sometimes it feels pointless.

But then I remind myself that health is my only true wealth, because when I don’t have it nothing else matters.

Each time you honor your health, you are honoring your self with an act of self care and self love, even taking a single vitamin IS an act of self love.

Treat yourself well and you will thrive. Put yourself last and you’re just surviving.
