Activated Insights, a nationally recognized customer satisfaction firm, recently conducted in-depth interviews with residents at Jefferson’s Ferry to evaluate satisfaction across multiple service areas.

Based on those results, we have earned the prestigious Customer Experience Award for excellence in: Response to Problems, Individual Needs, and Overall Customer Experience.

This recognition places our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing communities among the top 15% of care providers nationwide, which serves as a testament to our team’s unwavering commitment to compassionate service, continuous improvement, and truly personalized care.

Our residents recently stepped into something new with an introductory ballet class, and it was nothing short of inspiring!
From graceful stretches to a few lighthearted twirls across the floor, the room was filled with laughter, movement, and a whole lot of joy.
