Long Island's first Life Plan Community. All-inclusive Type A Life Care.

Jefferson's Ferry is a Life Plan Community, with independent residential living for adults age 62 or better, providing services and amenities, and long-term care on-site, at no additional cost (should it be needed). Residents live in their own apartments or cottages, decorated with their own furnishings and cherished possessions.

Bev, who is the historian for The Three Village Historical discussed stories about the history of the surrounding Three Village Area and Long Island in whole. 📖🌎🗽

We are very proud to share that Anthony Comerford, our Vice President of Health Services, has officially graduated from the prestigious Larry Minnix Leadership Academy by LeadingAge!

This year-long program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in aging services through deep self-reflection, relationship-building, and real-world application. Throughout his time in the Academy, Anthony immersed himself in leadership development, engaged in thoughtful dialogue with seasoned professionals, visited innovative aging-service settings across the country, and completed an “Action Learning” project that put his growing expertise into practice.

Anthony’s graduation represents more than a personal milestone; it is a meaningful achievement for the entire Jefferson’s Ferry community. His strengthened leadership will continue to drive compassionate, forward-thinking care for all those we serve.

We are very excited to announce that today we kicked off Phase II of our Journey Toward Renewal with the groundbreaking of the Independent Living North Wing addition! Thank you to the many people who have made this possible including our residents, staff, board members, Brookhaven Town Supervisor Daniel Panico ,Councilmember Jonathan Kornreich, M&T Bank, and Greystone Communities. We look forward to working together with The Kulka Group in bringing this expansion to fruition!
