Providers and office personnel are not allowed to discuss any of your healthcare or anyone else’s on social media (messenger), facebook is a social platform intended for personal and social interaction not a medical platform. Due to this it is strictly prohibited by Medicare and Hippa guidelines for me to respond to anything concerning healthcare on messenger. Meaning it is illegal and I could potentially lose my license. I am aware it is frustrating and very tempting to just send me a message with your questions, concerns and request but please remember I am not allowed to respond please call 606-237-5800 leave a message it will be addressed. Please try to put yourself in mine and my staffs shoes we have tons of people trying to contact us medically via Facebook messenger and the exact same rules apply to all office staff as well. This includes family and friends. Just be considerate and call the office.
