On Wednesday we had a great time at the UK Extension Office Cooking Class as Chelsea Workman led us through preparing delicious skillet enchiladas! 🌮👩‍🍳
For dessert, Chelsea showed participants how to make a simple, healthy fruit dip that was a hit with everyone. 🍓🥝🍎
During the education portion of the class, Chelsea shared valuable information on nutrition and how the foods we choose impact our health — helping us make small, everyday changes that can lead to big results. 🥗💙
