God acknowledges our fear but does not leave us alone in it. His presence brings courage in moments of uncertainty and strength in times of weakness. Knowing He is with us changes how we face challenges. We move forward with confidence because God stands beside us.

This past Wednesday, the Pike County Extension Office hosted a Healthy Heart Cooking Class, bringing the community together to learn how to make delicious, heart-friendly meals! ❤️

Participants prepared a flavorful Cowboy Skillet featuring turkey smoked sausage, brown rice, corn, bell peppers, and black beans—a simple, nutritious dish packed with fiber, lean protein, and whole grains.

Small changes in the kitchen can lead to big improvements in heart health, and this class was a great reminder that healthy eating can be both easy and delicious! 🥘
