It’s freezing out there! Join us from your own toasty home this week! Tonight at 5:30 for TONE… Tomorrow at 5:30 for IGNITE and a special pop-up time Wednesday at 7 PM for DEFINE! ( No classes thurs- sat)

When we stop moving, the body doesn’t pause and wait for us.
It quietly starts giving things back.

Muscle mass fades.
Joints lose range.
Tendons stiffen.
Balance gets a little less reliable.

It doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens in the space between “I’ll skip today” and “I don’t do that anymore.”

Most people call that aging.
But much of it is simply inactivity.

Movement works in the opposite direction.

It teaches your body how to stay strong under load.
How to absorb impact.
How to get up off the floor.
How to lift, carry, twist, stabilize, and move with confidence.

It strengthens bones.
Supports connective tissue.
Improves balance.
Builds resilience.

Not just physical resilience … mental resilience too.

So choose the thing that builds you.
Not the thing that slowly shrinks your world.

The Live Vibrantly Collective — Winter Series ❄️

This winter, I’m intentionally building something different - a virtual movement studio designed to support women through the winter season with strength, mobility, and energy without burnout.

The Live Vibrantly Collective Winter Series is about moving with your body, not pushing against it , and creating consistency that actually lasts.

Here’s what’s currently on the schedule and what’s coming next inside the studio:



🌟 Winter Series Core Classes

These are the heartbeat of the studio. The weekly classes you can count on throughout the season.

TONE 💪🏽
A full-body strength class using primarily handheld weights. Simple, effective movements that support strength, bone density, and overall function. Modifications are always offered.

DEFINE ⚡️
A low-impact strength and mobility class blending barre-, Pilates-, and yoga-inspired movement. Expect flexibility, balance, posture work, and functional strength with an extended warm-up and cool-down.

IGNITE 🔥
An energizing, movement-based class designed to elevate your heart rate and boost stamina - without chaos. Formats may include athletic movement, intervals, circuits, rhythmic flow, boxing-style work, or POUND®-inspired cardio. Options are always provided so you can move at your own level.

✨ Expanding the Winter Series — Coming Soon

These classes layer into the Winter Series to support different needs, energy levels, and seasons of life.

MOVE 🧘
A continuous, dancer-inspired movement class focused on fluid strength, length, flexibility, and graceful transitions. Think uninterrupted movement that opens the body and builds strength without stopping and starting.

BALANCE 🪩
A full-body toning class using a stability ball to challenge balance, posture, and core control. Modifications will always be shown for those without a ball.

IMPACT 🥊
A boxing-inspired class focused on power, strength, and stress release — adaptable for all levels, with or without gloves or a bag.

ROCK 🤘🏼
A music-driven, POUND®-inspired cardio class using lightweight drumsticks — or even wooden spoons from your kitchen — for a fun, high-energy, stress-relieving workout.

RESTORE 🪄 (Weekend Micro Classes)

RESTORE is a rotating series of 30–45 minute micro classes designed to support the body beyond muscle building or cardio output.

These sessions focus on restoring balance within the body’s internal systems - including mobility, circulation, joint health, fascia, nervous system regulation, and overall ease of movement. Classes may include gentle, intentional movement, stretching, twisting, breath-aware work, and somatic-style exercises that help release tension and create space in the body.

RESTORE classes are slower by design.
They’re not about burning calories or pushing intensity — they’re about supporting the systems that allow everything else to work better.

Each RESTORE session is different and intentionally open-ended. Some may be more physical, some more subtle, and some may explore the emotional side of movement and release … always accessible, always supportive, and never forced.

Think of RESTORE as the place where the body recalibrates.

Your Journey to Well Being

Two decades ago, I entered into the fitness industry. I took a lifetime of dance training to another level by incorporating martial arts, self defense, spinning, boxing and weight training. I taught, trained and certified all over the US.

9 years ago, I entered the Nutrition Industry. I took my love of fitness, and combined it with feeding the body properly. Not dieting. Not sacrificing. Not denying ... but positively rewarding the body with the nutrition it needs. This, like exercise, looks a bit different for everyone. I am a product of my product. I am a happy, healthy fit 47 year old woman, and I am here to help through education and information.
