Today was our quarterly meeting with the young professionals group and was hosted at in Doylestown, PA and afterwards I was browsing and shopping and noticed how many amazing prepped options they had available in their grab and go section. Looks just like we talk about in session for the buildable bento box/ adult lunch’s concept! Plus other delish looking takeaway items. I love finding local places prepping fabulous healthy options for on the go! 🇮🇹🍕🍇

Join Dietitian Nikki on a quick walk through Wegmans prepared and ready to prepare food options. While doing her own shopping for the week, she was so happy to see so many great ideas and wanted to share. This is also a quick glimpse into what it looks like to take a Grocery Store Tour, an extra service offered at Nutrition Support Solutions - because we know how overwhelming it can be navigating the grocery store on your own, especially with specific health goals in mind. Big shout out to Wegmans for having so many awesome and nourshing items ready to set up everyone for a successful week of fueling! 💪🥑🐟🍕🫑

We had the pleasure of hosting a collaboration party with as a part of their grass roots initiative! Instructor Melissa led our group through a fabulous 50 minute mat Pilates class. We ended the day with good nutrition conversations and great snacks, a lovely end of summer send off event! Thank you to everyone (many not pictured) who joined today! We love sharing these community experiences with you all! 🩵💙
