The perfect sweet treat for your Galentine’s or Valentine’s party! These No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Hearts are delicious, simple, and a little bit healthier too 😉💜

Ingredients:
- 1 cup instant oatmeal
- 4 packets stevia (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup all-natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Directions:
- In a small food processor, process oats until they reach a flour-like consistency.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse, stopping to scrape the sides as needed. The mixture should resemble cookie dough.
- Form dough into a ball. Roll out onto wax paper to ~1/4 inch thickness.
- Use a cookie cutter to press out heart shapes.
- Melt 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips in the microwave (~30 seconds), transfer to a sandwich bag, cut the tip, and drizzle over hearts.
- Enjoy!

Heart Health Month is a reminder to prioritize your heart - It’s the engine that keeps you moving! 💜 Mark went from “not a fit guy at all” to triathlete after working with his AF coaches for years building strength, stamina, and resilience. When he suffered cardiac arrest during a Half Ironman, his body’s condition gave doctors a fighting chance. Today, he’s back at the gym, training 5 days a week.

Meet Anytime Fitness Coach Jacob F (MS, ACSM-EP). 👋

He noticed that most people come to the gym for two reasons:
1️⃣ Lose body fat
2️⃣ Gain muscle
Jacob said, "I’ve never heard someone say, ‘Mentally I’ve been feeling under the weather and I came in to see if I can help improve it.’”

So - does personalized fitness impact overall attitude toward exercise, mental health, and quality of life? To find out, Jacob worked with a research team in the Science Department at Southwest Minnesota State University while completing his graduate studies.

After just 12 weeks of personalized training, the study found that participants experienced improvements in:
• Attitudes toward exercise 💪
• Mental well-being 😊
• Overall quality of life 🙌

The gym can be a beneficial place for goals beyond aesthetic reasons. We're here to support those too! 💜
