Hi, I’m Dan - I’m blessed to have 3 amazing kids and an amazing wife!
I love helping clients overcome chronic pain and chronic injury, and build strong and capable bodies so they can enjoy active lives.
After sports and athletics my body was broken. Having never resolved any of the underlying problems, small aches turned into major distractions. Eventually, I got to the point where I had to pick and choose what I was doing in my everyday life.
The pain in my shoulders disrupted sleep
The pain in my knees was so bad I stopped running
The pain in my hips made it impossible to enjoy skiing
I was frustrated and dejected. I wondered “Is this the rest of my life?”
I spent years researching, learning, and working with mentors. I first applied what I learned to myself. As I began to see progress, I began introducing it to clients.
Having peace of mind that I could live without pain and having the confidence to do the things that were fulfilling without feeling broken were truly life changing
Today, I can say I have a routine that is consistent, sustainable, and compliments my life. It has helped me build a durable, capable and resilient body to do what I love with my family.
These experiences have inspired me to help others overcome roadblocks, navigate challenges, eliminate confusion, and do what they need so they can live their best life.
If you’re feeling run down, or struggling to overcome pain and injury I see you and I’ve been there. While the journey to a strong and capable body may seem long, it CAN happen. 👊🏻

You can’t do what brings you joy and fulfillment without aches and pains.
If this is you, I imagine no one has created a specific plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be, coached you long enough to help it stick, and helped you navigate the inevitable road bumps that come up on the journey
Sure, there are cookie cutter templates or recommendations to ‘ease back into it’, but what does that even mean? We need a full picture of you, your lifestyle, you current physical capacity, and an individual approach to getting you there.

Also I’m looking to open up my space for 1-2 independent personal trainers who want a quiet, clean, and professional space to train clients.
Rates are simple and I aim to limit the total number of trainers who can use the space so you can provide an awesome experience for your clients
This is best for trainers who work with clients who don’t like the energy and culture of larger gyms and thrive in an environment where the equipment and space is designed for them.
