It’s all about connection and conversation.
I had the opportunity to present “We Received a Diagnosis… Now What?” to a wonderful group of Heritage Village residents as part of the Southbury Senior Alliance, hosted by the Men’s Club at Heritage Village.

About 35 attendees joined us to learn, share, and discuss ways to navigate the next steps after a diagnosis with clarity and support. I’m grateful for the warm welcome and meaningful dialogue that made this session so special.
