Feeling "old" is almost never about your actual age.
It's about what you've stopped doing.
When you sit more, move less, and stop asking your body to do hard things — it adapts. Just in the wrong direction. The stiffness, the fatigue, the aches that seem to come out of nowhere — that's not your birthday catching up. That's your body responding to the signals you've been sending it.
But here's the deal — it works both ways.
Ask your body to be strong and it gets stronger. Ask it to be mobile and it loosens up. Ask it to show up and it will.
Your body was never the problem. It's just been waiting for better instructions.
