Patrick won first in his 15-19 age group! We did a ten mile moonlight race in Uwharrie and it was so awesome to watch him fly (ahead of me)! So so so proud of this kid. Hot Summer training and running hills, hard work paid off! I got 3rd in my age group.

Last weekend I was invited to teach at the AMTA National Convention! This was a big goal of mine and I taught 4 classes and about 400 students Total. I love all of it, the messy search for the truth. We grow together, learning from each question asked, helping Massage Therapist and Clients feel supported and empowered.Thank you for all the support from friends, clients and family. This was an amazing experience and I feel truly thankful to be able to teach my passion. Live gratefully my friends!

Proud to be selected to be a Speaker at the AMTA Schools Summit. I spoke about the importance of information and research literacy. I had a great time with my colleagues and I can at least tell you my speech wasn't boring! Woot woot!
