Adriana gave us all the tips on home brewing kombucha and set us up with our own starter kits, instructions and take home brew bottle!!!

We come to the mat to practice, not to be perfect.
Each time we arrive, we are someone new—
shaped by what we’ve lived, what we’re carrying, what we’re learning.
Some days we feel steady, other days not so much.

We bring it all with us—joy, grief, strength, exhaustion—
nothing to fix, nothing to hide.
The practice asks nothing more than our presence:
to listen, to stay, and to meet ourselves honestly.

Our mat NOT a place for perfection, but for practice.

For breathing, for feeling, for becoming. 💫

Our Sunday and Monday Morning classes are canceled due to the current weather and road conditions. ❄️

When the weather slows everything down, let your practice meet you where you are.
Yoga and mindfulness can look many different ways—especially at home. Here are some ideas you can incorporate at home!

✨ 1. Gentle Mobility / Feel-Good Flow
For stiff bodies and low energy
• Cat/Cow
• Slow Sun Salutes or half salutations
• Hip circles & shoulder rolls
• Easy twists
Move slowly and follow your breath.

🧘‍♀️ 2. Restorative Yoga
For deep rest and nervous system support
• Child’s Pose with pillows
• Supported recline or legs up the wall
• Supine twist
• Long Savasana
Use blankets, couch cushions, and whatever feels supportive.

🔥 3. Warm + Steady Practice
For those craving heat without leaving home
• Standing flows
• Lunges & warriors
• Chair pose & gentle core work
Keep the pace intentional, not rushed.

🌬 4. Breathwork + Meditation
For grounding and calming the mind
• Slow nasal breathing
• Box breath or extended exhales
• Seated meditation or body scan
Even 5 minutes makes a difference.

🌿 5. Mindful Moment (No Mat Needed)
For rest without “doing”
• Sip tea mindfully
• Sit by a window and observe the weather
• Journal one page
• Practice gratitude or intention setting

❄️ 6. Stillness & Integration
Let the body absorb the day
• Savasana
• Yoga Nidra
• Quiet rest with eyes closed

There is no “right” way to practice today. Yoga is about listening, not pushing.

This week in FLight Club, we’re focusing on •ENTRIES• —because getting into a handstand or arm balance is just as important as holding it.

There is no one “right” way to enter a handstand. Different bodies, different proportions, different nervous systems = different pathways upside down.

In Week Three, we explore:
• Multiple handstand entry options (kick-ups, float-ups, press patterns, step-ins, and supported entries)
• The difference between arm balances and handstands—what they are, how they function, and what each asks of your body
• How momentum, strength, timing, and control all play a role in finding lift
• Choosing entries that support efficiency, safety, and sustainability in your practice

This week is about awareness over aesthetics—learning how your body organizes itself in space and discovering the entry that actually works for you.

Upside down isn’t one-size-fits-all.
