FirstHealth Fitness – Southern Pines is an 16+ facility offering innovative group exercise, aquatic center, swimming lessons, educational lectures on a variety of health and wellness topics plus on-site massage and acupuncture services.

Good News
Southern Pines Fitness Center is back to Business 6am-7pm Tuesday January 27.
If it is safe to set travel out of your neighborhood, We will see you then. The Fitness Center will also be open till 7:00 p.m. tonight but there will be no classes.

🌨 UPDATE | We hope everyone is staying safe and warm!

We will delay openings on Monday. Our Fitness centers in Pinehurst, Sanford, Southern Pines, Raeford and Rockingham will open at 12 p.m., weather permitting.

Our 24/7 locations in Troy and Whispering Pines will remain open, weather permitting.
