6-Week Spring Training with Melissa
March 20 - April 24 on Fridays at Noon
For those looking to lose body fat, inches & get stronger while having a bit of fun along the way!
Program includes:
• Weekly group exercise class with a Certified Personal Trainer showing you the “Trim and Burn” exercises to improve muscular strength and endurance
• Weekly handouts of the exercises for that week
• Healthy lifestyle and nutritional articles
• Prizes to those who lose the most inches and body fat
• Pre-assessments to be done the week of March 9th
• Post-assessments to be done the week of May 4th
Registration required by Friday March 6.
