Not all massage is the same. My sessions are customized, intentional, and rooted in specialized training.

Specialized hands on care to support feeding, tension patterns,
and regulation in infants and children.

Customized sessions blending techniques to address chronic
tension, injury patterns, and stress.

• Parent & Baby Therapeutic Massage Sessions
Both parent and baby receive individualized care in the same
session, supporting bonding and nervous system regulation.

From pregnancy and postpartum recovery to pediatric care, adult pain relief, and support through the retirement years, my practice is designed to serve the whole family through every stage of life.

✨ Celebrating 20 Years of Massage ✨

I can hardly believe it has been 20 years since I began my journey as a Licensed Massage Therapist. 💚

Back then, 22 year old me was simply following a calling, eager to help others, not yet knowing how much this work and the incredible people I have met would shape my life and fill my heart. 🩷

I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me. I look forward to continuing to care for the whole family, from your little ones to great grandparents and even the family pet through Vanguard Veterinary Rehabilitation and Pain Management Center. 💜

As I move forward, I am excited to continue this work in ways that bring comfort and support through every stage of life, holding space for relief, relaxation, and rest. 🩵

Shout out to Embers BBQ showing up & showing LOVE!

Starting tomorrow, Embers BBQ in Southern Pines will begin offering a FREE meal to those in need. This meal will be a "heat & eat" style meal and will be bagged and given out COLD. It will feature 1 lb of our pulled pork, 1 lb of Mac-N-Cheese, 3/4 lb of Slaw, and 6 oz cup of BBQ sauce.

If you are a family in need or know of a family in need, please forward, share, or tell them about this. THIS IS AT NO COST TO THEM. We care deeply for the community that has supported us for the last 3 1/2 years, and it will be our way to give back at a time when it is needed most.

A few rules (because we need rules!) -
- Come to Embers BBQ at 130 SW Broad St in Southern Pines and ask a staff member for THE COMMUNITY SPECIAL.
- It is NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Please do not be shy or embarrassed. I WANT TO GIVE ALL OF THESE AWAY EVERYDAY!
- Limit of 1 per week (for now)
-We might substitute an item if low
-You can call us at 910-684-0330 to ask if any are available

I am not sure how popular this will be, so I will be starting small. I will be supporting the entire cost up front, so this will be limited to some per day - I am thinking about 10 packages depending on demand per day. I figure I can at least send food to 10 families a day, so that is a big win for everyone involved. I can't afford to do too many, but this is what I can afford right now.

Some people may ask how they can help or support this. Well, I set up a button on my online ordering page - Donation for Community Special. If you buy one, that will support 1 meal that I can give away, so I will be able to increase my reach for the community. Each Community Special purchased will be given to a family in need, AT NO COST to them. All the refrigerated meals will be handed out at our Southern Pines restaurant during normal business hours.
