I want to share my extraordinary experience at Aspiral Healing in Johnson City yesterday. 🤧 After feeling somewhat under the weather post-holidays, I treated myself to an IV infusion immunity therapy that was truly rejuvenating. While waiting, I had the most beautiful and relaxing sound bath with Amanda, a remarkable RN who made me feel at ease, leaving me feeling completely recharged. Thank you ✨

Restorative yoga is designed to help the nervous system reset by slowing your heart rate, calming your thoughts, and gently releasing built-up tension.

Sound baths use vibration and frequency to guide the body into deep relaxation, helping to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and restore a sense of balance.

Together, they create space for mindfulness, calm, and renewal… the perfect antidote to holiday stress.

Hey Friends!

Let’s help our neighbors facing SNAP benefit disruptions. I got this idea from two of my incredible neighbors at Gause Landing 😇.

🎂🛍️ Because…every child deserves a birthday cake. We put together ‘birthday bags’ to include a cake mix, icing, sprinkles, candles, a birthday card and a Sprite. The Sprite is a substitution for the oil and eggs. Who knew?

🧡 These are going to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee in Kingsport.

🫶 If you know of other organizations or anyone that could benefit, please, in case others want to spread some love too.
