I’m so excited to share my first outdoor sound bath here in Johnson City ✨

This will be a peaceful morning at Boone’s Falls to slow down, reset and simply take a breath.

If you’ve never experienced a sound bath before, this is a beautiful place to start-no experience needed. We’ll be surrounded by nature using sound vibrations from singing bowls to calm the nervous system and support deep relaxation 🌿

A bright spot in my week. ✨

Spending time with these sweet girls at Tri-Cities Dance Company introducing a little yoga, mindfulness, and sound bath relaxation. Their giggles, curiosity, and openness make it such a joy.

My hope is that even at a young age they begin to see the importance of slowing down, breathing deeply, and caring for their minds and bodies.

Grateful for their energy and for this special little pocket of calm each week. 💛

There is something powerful about stepping into a new decade, grounded in breath, intention, and community. Kinsley-you are so loved ❣️3️⃣0️⃣

I want to share my extraordinary experience at Aspiral Healing in Johnson City yesterday. 🤧 After feeling somewhat under the weather post-holidays, I treated myself to an IV infusion immunity therapy that was truly rejuvenating. While waiting, I had the most beautiful and relaxing sound bath with Amanda, a remarkable RN who made me feel at ease, leaving me feeling completely recharged. Thank you ✨
