You’re not asking for too much…

This one is for the girls who’ve been told to “just deal it with” or “it’ll just go away once the baby is born”… That’s not the full story…

Pregnancy is a normal physiologic process.

But pain, pelvic instability, rib discomfort, headaches, and constant tension aren’t something you’re required to simply endure for 9 months.

Common? Yes.
Normal? NO & that doesn’t mean discomfort or pain should be dismissed or postponed… and it DEFINITELY doesn’t mean that it’s untreatable! These are all symptoms we help mamas with daily as Webster Certified, perinatal chiropractors 🫶🏼 We also LOVE collaborating with incredible pelvic floor PTs and referring to great resources like !! There are people out there who can and want to help ya!
